Its resources are a Bonus Action and 6 m / 20 ft of Movement Speed. Clerics already have plenty of other spells great that require concentration, like Bless, Bane, SPiritual Guardians, Banishment, etc. It does have health and can be targeted with attacks, which I assume Larian did to avoid abusing the AI with stealth.
